Held in Valabre, France. This was the final steering committee of the IGNIS Project. During the meeting, the lead representatives of each partner organisation signed a "Statement of Intent" to continue working together and to try and further develop and enhance simulation training for wildfire incidents.

Technical Committee Meeting in Paris, France
The IGNIS partners met in Paris to discuss technical implementation of the project. The meeting was hosted at the French Ministry of Interior and focused on three key project deliverables: the content of the final reports for the national exercises; the content and production of the IGNIS Business Models Report; and, plans for the IGNIS Project Final Conference. The IGNIS partners also visited France's National Crisis Management Center of Civil Security.

National Wildfire Incident Command Exercise in the UK
Organised and hosted by Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service in Cramlington, UK. The exercise focused on delivering simulation training to fire officers from NFRS in the UK. The exercise was a large wildfire in difficult terrain requiring the deployment and management of aerial resources. The exercise involved participants from NFRS, the IGNIS partner countries (performing the role of pilots from overseas) and a representative of National Fire Chiefs Council National Resilience Capability (High Volume Pump Capabilities Officer).

National Wildfire Incident Command Exercise in Italy
Organised and hosted by CNVVF in Rome, Italy. The exercise focused on delivering simulation training to fire officers from CNVVF in Italy. The exercise was based on a cross-border wildfire incident burning in Italy, Slovenia and Austria. Fire officers from Slovenia and Austria participated in the exercise.
